HETER (Permission) Above is the Heter from the Union of Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada. Three hazmanas (summons) were sent. After refusal of three, the Beth Din sent this. This beth din should have had the courage to issue a seruv against a woman, but we know Beth Dins do not do this. The English is a translation of the Hebrew above.
